THE RESIDENCES

There are Studio, 1 and 2 Bedroom Residence.

Each “building” has two residences on the ground floor, and two residences on the top floor.

If you book a 2 Bedroom, you will have the entire ground floor to yourself.

BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER

There is an outdoor restaurant by the pool, an indoor one for dinner, and a Clubhouse, of high standard with also meals all day long.

In addition explore the many Sea Food restaurants and Traditional Portuguese Restaurants in the region.

2 BEDROOM RESIDENCE

2 Bedroom Golf & Sea Residence

Located on the Ground or 1st Floor. Both are comfortable and special. Both have Sea Views.

If on the Ground Floor, you have direct access to the Golf Course.

If on the First Floor, there is 1 flight of stairs walk-up, but better Sea Views.

The 2 Bedroom Residence is the entire Ground Floor.

It combines the 1 Bedroom Apartment and the Studio Suite.

As such the layout is: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 Balconies and 1 Living Room and 1 Kitchen.
The Master Bedroom

1 Large Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom

When you leave this Master Bedroom, you can open the door in front to access the patio. This room feels like a large private hotel room, it comes decorated like one – with robes, slippers, hotel quality linen, and toiletries.

Bedroom 2 is accessed on the other side of the property, where the living room and kitchen area are. Essentially this could be its own apartment if you choose to, or if you leave the doors open it removes the privacy and opens up all spaces.

If you do not want to disturb, or want privacy and independence, you can close the doors that lead to each section. That way when you leave your room or living room you can leave and go outside to the pool and golf or restaurant, without touching the other area where the other bedroom is or without making noise.

The Door in front of the Master Bedroom is essentially the 1 Bedroom Apartment – which has a Living Room, Kitchenette and Master Bedroom.

It can feel like booking 2 apartments interconnected, but is 1 apartment.

This adds to the feeling of privacy and exclusive use, and is good even for 1 person if you like space and privacy.

And good also for 2 people.

If you want more space, we can offer the top floor.

Or a Private 3 Bedroom Villa.

The Living Area has a small kitchenette, dining area and a living room with sofas facing the Golf and Sea. This area opens to a balcony where you can rest reading a book, or even have your breakfast outside.

KITCHEN

The Kitchen area is Minimalist for a reason. The Residence has access to a Chef which cooks the most delicious meals and has them delivered to your residence. These include Breakfast Box with Fruits, Croissants, Cheese, Breads, Eggs, Cakes, Coffee, Juice, and anything you need.

For Dinner, you can order from the Restaurant, which has delicious Vegetarian, Sea Food and Meat options, and a high quality selection of fine wines.

BEDROOM

The bedroom has a super comfortable High Quality King Size Bed with comfortable Matress and Pillows, covered with Hotel Quality Linen, for maximum comfort.
