Dynamic Rates

All Rates for Short Term Rentals are Seasonal, based on Low, Mid and Peak Season. The traditional pricing model, has fixed seasonal rates, giving clients peace of mind, and transparency, and true rest.

Since then many suppliers have opted for the use of Dynamic Rates which are unpredictable and always a matter of luck to get the right pricing. Sometimes it works for you and other times against you.

Fixed Rates

Fixed Rates are clean, clear and transparent published rates that do not change based on a machine or a person having a change of heart.

For maximum transparency we prefer to always publish fixed rates, or quote based on fixed rates.

The benefit of using fixed rates for you is that if you decide to extend you know exactly how much you will pay in advance and can simply wake up and add more nights.

With fixed rates, what you see is the real price. 

With dynamic rates, what you see is not fixed until you book. At times you book on one rate on one website, and the supplier may reject your booking based on a machine that just quoted a higher rate.

Needless to say, this is not a practice we respect, for it never brings true stable peace, honesty and safety to our beloved guests.

Dynamic Rates

Dynamic Rates fluctuate several times a day, like the stock market. Based on AI and Machine Learning. Many times it works against the customer, pricing properties way above what their real value is. 

Love Luxury Homes has banned the use of dynamic rates.

Should a property that has been contracted prior to this policy implementation be live on our website, on the dynamic rates contract, the price will show just one rate, which is the highest rate.

To book it, you need to Request Booking and a live quote will be sent to you via email.

Dynamic Rates change all the day, several times a day, making it impossible to have true rest, especially if you wish to extend your stay. At times they do not make human sense, being extremely overpriced and unreasonable, based on a machine that does not love, breathe nor live, nor sleep and neither has ever seen the property it is pricing. It is a model made for highest profits without consciousness of the Human. As a Humancentric company, we will always work closely with you to protect you, and to secure the best available rate and least inconvenience to your rest.

Should you feel uncomfortable booking on dynamic, we do have a selection of properties that offer stable Fixed Rates. 

We are eliminating the use of dynamic rates, though if a home you really love only offers dynamic we will quote on full disclosure.
