There is a private pool and gas barbeque/braai on the balcony. The middle level (entrance level) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) as well as a guest toilet. The lower level has the fourth bedroom (en-suite) as well as the games room with TV, comfortable couches and pool table.

There are 2 bunk beds which can accommodate an additional 4 children (under 16 years). This area has access to the downstairs patio with a plunge pool.

This spacious family home is also equipped with battery backups so you won’t be without light or entertainment during periods of load shedding (rolling blackouts) which happen from time to time in South Africa.

The backup batteries power all lights and most plugs in the property, as well as WiFi, so all entertainment options work. There is also a gas HOB in the kitchen and gas BBQ/braai on the balcony, so cooking is no problem at all.
